You will receive individualized attention and custom-tailored solutions to identify your ideals. The program is holistic and focuses on who you are as a person because "you" come from the inside out – not the outside in.
You’ll learn how to achieve your goals, define what's right for you and overcome the resistance that prevents you from moving forward. You will discover how to eliminate defeating habits, develop confidence in your skills and abilities, and create an action plan to achieve your goals.
As your coach, I will help you find your own answers as well as give you the benefit of my advice and experience. Together we will lay the foundation you can enjoy for a lifetime.
Fees start at $180 per hour; some sliding scale as well as trade/barter sessions are available.
Below you'll find packages that encompass some of the most asked for sessions.
Coaching programs are a minimum of 3 months and typically last 6 months. Additional coaching is available after that as needed. Payment plans are available.
- Affirmation/Validation Session
Validation Session is a great way to prepare for your next interview, renew positive focus or create self confidence!
5-10 minute session - you sit back, breathe deeply and listen/ask from within a space of receiving. I take this time to validate you as a person; place you in a space of self confidence; and create a space of strength from which you can draw positive energy.
One Affirmation/Validation Session
$25 for 10 minutes
CPR Session is a great way to prepare for your next interview; set intention; or create a visualized focus.
This is a one-hour session - you get to ask as many questions about your goals as time permits. If you feel stuck where you are and just need a boost to get you moving forward, this is the ideal solution.
Please keep in mind that this is NOT a comprehensive career transition call due to time constraints. If you're looking for more in depth and individualized assistance, I suggest the Creating Your Own Path Coaching program.
$180 for 60 minutes
This is a comprehensive program in which you will identify your ideals, create your plan, and learn how to make it happen.
Down The Rabbit Hole: Includes three 60 minute sessions per month and phone and email access to me between sessions.
Through the Looking Glass: Includes three 40 minute sessions per month and phone and email access to me between sessions.
Virtual Looking Glass: Includes three email/im sessions per month and phone and email access to me between sessions.
